 For a while now, our poor friend Hydra has been gone from the scene due to computer problems.  Finally, he will be returning to the community with sequels to his most well-known games.
      Hydra continues his King's Quest game, based on Sierra's popular puzzle/adventure series, with the second installment of King's Quest ZZT.  Prince Alexander must track down his missing family in a restored and expanded version of the land of Daventry from Hydra's original game, thwarting evil plots along the way.

The kingdom is a large, sprawling place, made of elegantly rendered terrain.  The player will explore lush forests, damp caves, and rustic elven villages.  The game's prose is also well-written, and all in all the game is very charming and enchanting.
      Indeed, we should welcome Hydra back with open arms.   His elegant King's Quest and fun-to-play Freak Da Cat sequels will provide much enjoyment to ZZT gamers.
