What you see in the game

Newcomer 2378TCDD brings to the scene the only port of IF to ZZT (or IF to any other platform, for that matter) I have seen.  It seems that ports, once despised for being cheap rip-offs, have come into fashion, the height of which seems to have been Zenith's Dizzy series.  Not to be undone, 2378TCDD proves that even a newbie can port with the best of them.
Rybread Celsius originally created Rippled Flesh (dubbed an "interactive goosing" by himself) in the text-based interactive fiction language Inform.  Rybread himself is the subject of controversy.  While many in the IF scene see him as an unintelligible, raving lunatic, he has developed a small cult following.

Flesh is arguably Rybread's most well-known game, and 2378TCDD's as well.  Porting IF, which is by design the most nonlinear gaming genre in existence, to a limited GCS such as ZZT would seem near impossible.  But the uncomplicated nature of Flesh, combined with 2378TCDD's obvious skills, allows this port to be possible.
2378TCDD's port expresses fully the same strange experience as Rybread's - including all the misspellings and erronous grammar.   Here's your chance to play what is arguably an Inform classic in ZZT.   2378TCDD will be one to watch in the future, showing a lot of promise as a ZZTer.
